Immediate Management of Anaphylaxis

Anaphylaxis is a severe, potentially life-threatening allergic reaction that can develop rapidly and this qualification provides the knowledge and skills to promptly recognise and manage a casualty with anaphylaxis until emergency medical assistance arrives.

This qualification is suitable for first aid qualified personnel, school staff, healthcare professionals and people in a high-risk environment where such medication may be required. It helps ensure confidence in managing an emergency.

It is accredited by First Aid Awards Ltd. On successful completion, delegates will receive a nationally recognised Level 3 RQF/Level 6 SCQF qualification. A shorter, non-accredited awareness session is also available for workplaces seeking general knowledge without formal assessment.

Training emphasises practical, scenario-based learning and uses modern teaching techniques and up-to-date training equipment to ensure competence in real-world situations.
