IOSH Working Safely

This IOSH training course is approved by the Institution of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH). This one day course gives workers a grounding in the essentials of Health and Safety, to help them understand their safety responsibilities and to help them understand why they need to work safely.

It focuses on why health and safety is important, and how individuals can make a real difference to the well-being of themselves and others through changing behaviour.

The Working Safely course isn’t supposed to turn delegates into safety experts. With this in mind we use jargon-free technical content based on what people need to know in practice, not off-putting legal language.

The course rather aims to get across what delegates need to know – and are perhaps reluctant to learn about – in a refreshingly informal way.

Assessment is built into the day’s training – no need for follow-on tests on separate days, taking up valuable work time.

The course is designed for all employees, at any level in any organisation and in any sector.
